Mass torts is more accessible than it looks.

We will show you the way in.

Real partnerships. A clear path to unlocking growth.

What Is Mass Torts Unlocked

A trusted on-ramp into one of the largest opportunities in modern law practice.

"You are already a great lawyer. Now it is time to earn like one. Mass torts is not gated by talent. It is gated by access, partnerships, and a clear plan. That is what we hand you."

Attorney Larry F. Taylor, Jr.

Founder of TaylorMade Law and host of Mass Torts Unlocked.

Mass Torts Unlocked is an exclusive series founded by Attorney Larry F. Taylor, Jr. of TaylorMade Law. Each event pairs substantive practice intelligence with peer-level connections, set in a relaxed, hospitality-driven room. The promise is simple. Walk in curious. Walk out confident, with the knowledge, contacts, and clarity you need to add mass torts to your firm.

This is not a CLE webinar. It is not a hard sell. It is a small, qualified room of attorneys, litigators, and firm partners who are serious about practice growth, and a host who has built one of the most respected mass tort practices in the country.

By the Numbers

in published mass tort settlements over the last decade.*

Recent resolved dockets, from talc to hernia mesh to earplugs, have reshaped the economics of plaintiffs practice. Most of the attorneys earning from those settlements were not mass tort veterans five years ago. They were attorneys who took a deliberate step in.

* Based on published U.S. mass tort settlements since 2020, including the $26 billion National Opioid Settlement, 3M's $10.3 billion PFAS water utility settlement, and Bayer's approximately $11 billion Roundup resolution.

Why It Matters

Mass torts is the practice area most attorneys want, and the one most never enter

The barrier is rarely talent. It is the combination of high startup costs, procedural unfamiliarity, long settlement timelines, and the risk of choosing the wrong partner, the wrong tort, or the wrong moment. Each of those problems is solvable. Most attorneys just never get a clear, honest look at how.

Mass Torts Unlocked exists to fix that. The series gives qualified attorneys the strategic clarity, vetted relationships, and operational know-how to enter the practice on a foundation that holds. The result is a firm that can compete in mass torts on day one, not after years of expensive trial and error.

MEET YOUR HOST

Attorney Larry F. Taylor, Jr. of TaylorMade Law has spent his career building the kind of practice Mass Torts Unlocked helps you start.

Larry F. Taylor, Jr. is the founder of TaylorMade Law, a lawyer network built at the intersection of personal injury, mass torts, and modern litigation operations. Across multiple resolved dockets, Larry has helped attorneys nationwide move from observing the mass tort space to actively earning from it.

Mass Torts Unlocked is his answer to a problem he watched repeat for years. Talented attorneys with the right book, the right network, and the right work ethic kept sitting out one of the largest opportunities in plaintiffs practice, not because they could not do the work, but because no one had handed them a clean, honest on-ramp. The series is that on-ramp.

Frequently Asked

Questions you might ask before you save a spot.

Who is Mass Torts Unlocked built for?

Qualified, actively practicing attorneys who are outside or on the edge of mass torts and want to add the practice area to their firm. Personal injury attorneys, litigators, and firm partners are the most common attendees. Bar number and active status verification are required.

Is this a CLE event?

Some sessions include CLE eligible content where state rules allow. The primary value, though, is the curated room, the strategic education, and the introductions you carry home. We optimize for clarity and connections, not credit hours.

Why is the room capped?

Curation is the product. Each event is intentionally small so the conversations are real and the introductions stick. We verify every attendee, which is why we ask for your bar number when you reserve.

What does it cost to attend?

Mass Torts Unlocked events are hosted by TaylorMade Law. Attendance is by invitation and reservation only. Food, drinks, and program materials are included. We will confirm logistics when your seat is approved.

Do I have to refer cases to TaylorMade Law to attend?

No. There is no requirement to refer, retain, or co-counsel with TaylorMade Law. The series exists to expand the field, not to gate it. Many attendees do build referral or co-counsel relationships after the event, but it is never a condition.

What is the difference between Mass Torts Unlocked and TaylorMade Law?

TaylorMade Law is the lawyer community we've built. Mass Torts Unlocked is the education series we host. The series is a separate brand because it serves a separate audience: the broader bar of attorneys interested in mass torts, regardless of whether they ever work with us.

How do I bring the event to my city?

Reach out through our concierge desk. We are planning four to six cities in 2027 and welcome introductions from firms that want to host.
